CSI Solutions was founded by Tina Torfin in 2003, who began her customer relation career over 15 years ago in Southern California with the Penske Automotive Group. While at Penske, Tina educated the premiere dealerships in the area such as Longo Toyota, Penske Motor Cars Jaguar and Mercedes Benz, Penske Honda and The California Speedway. Since then, Tina has guided CSI Solutions as it has managed the customer relations of some of the most prominent names in the industry.
Over the years, CSI Solutions has learned that the common customer relationship management strategy (or lack thereof) has been mostly concerned with how to market to customers, make the sale and then move on to create a new customer. Much of this is managed, all too often, with antiquated, computerized based strategies.
